Israel and Palestine are creations of the UN, so Palestine is sovereign, but occupied territory. After occupying Palestine, Israel's position has been stealing land, destroying homes, cutting off water, electricity, and killing civilians. West Bank Palestinians who are cooperative live in chicken-coop like condition. All violations of international law and UN resolutions.
