With all due respect to Zulfiqar Bukhari and his skill set, but why would they send him, especially to meet the person they claimed he went to meet. That kind of meeting, IMHO, would probably be done by someone also in the intel field, not the cabinet member responsible for overseas Pakistanis. The story just doesn’t make sense.
