Israel's social equality minister, Gila Gamalil, said the best place for the Palestinians to settle their state was Sinai, the second Hebrew channel reported Monday.

In an interview with Sovereignty magazine last week, That a Palestinian state can only be established in Sinai.

The second Israeli channel reported that the Egyptian Foreign Ministry requested clarifications from the Israeli Foreign Ministry about the statements of Gamalil, who said that
" A Palestinian state can only be established in the Sinai."

According to the Hebrew channel, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry formally asked the Israeli counterpart to clarify these statements, noting that Egypt through her ambassador in Tel Aviv Hazem Khairat, expressed anger over these statements, during contacts with senior officials of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The channel quoted an Israeli official in the Foreign Ministry as saying that these statements do not represent the official position of the government, and do not reflect its policy, noting that the reaction of Egyptian anger has been absorbed.

I have a better solution let move Israel to Sinai and give all of the Palestin to Palestinian. After all Zionists have a very deep fondness for the land and Moses decided they most stay in that land and never go out something like 40 year wandering in that desert and don't let them go out and they went out only after Moses death .

Sinai is actually a very beautiful part of Egypt and the Arab world. The only real mountainous part of Egypt and the only part of Egypt with a Mediterranean and Red Sea coastline. Not bad. A lot of historical sites too. A very friendly local ancient, mostly Bedouin, population too.

The birth place of the first alphabet in the world as well.

The only part of Egypt that lies in Asia too. Sinai is a prime tourist spot in Egypt.

Anyway this ridiculous idea will never happen. Another ridiculous idea that has been proposed is Jordan or Northern KSA.

Very stupid indeed..more so coming from a minister.. that is why i said it it was a test statement if not a provocative on.. quickly denied by the Usraeli government as not being their official stance..fools will stay fools.. she was representing her government officially, so the matter must have been discussed before hand in closed cabinet meetings..

Hezbollah and houthis don't want a country if their own and you first prove Iran supported houthis but its irrevelant as those two group already have their own independent country.
