I think intercepting an 122 mm rocket is a bit different. Systems like S-300 ,Patriot are mainly for interception of tactical ballistic missiles and cruise missiles. Iron dome is for artillery rockets .

there's no laser type system to intercept anything thats active, maybe concepts - the closest to it was US's starwars concept lasers from space. There are a few more and all are basically concepts.
