Messiah will appear when they are in power and have created Greater Israel. So in order for their false messiah to appear, the US (current superpower) and China (emerging superpower) will have to bow down to the Jews.

Current virus might have been aimed at destroying the economic might of all the powers around the world. When world is on its knees, and the false Messiah appears with a solution, many people (including Muslims) will accept him as a savior.
