"...The photograph, shot from a second aircraft, shows the F-35 flying past the Lebanese coast in broad daylight. Beirut and its Rafic Hariri International Airport are both clearly visible in the image. It was not clear when exactly the picture was captured.

"Aviation expert David Cenciotti noted on Twitter that instead of operating in stealth mode, the F-35 in the photograph appeared to be flying with radar reflectors, small nubs that make the aircraft significantly easier to spot on a radar.

Israel's right to overfly its neighbors for military purposes was enshrined in UNSCR 1701, the Security Council Resolution that ended the 2006 Israel-Hezbollah war. Clause 15 empowers U.N. member-states (not just Israel) to employ their air and naval forces to interdict Hezbollah arms supplies, arms manufacturing, and military trainers. Reconnaissance flights are an obvious part of that.

The goal for Israel is to keep a massive 40-50 Year technology gap , and continuously grow the existing borders , as population increases. As the population will rise , Israel will gradually start it's encourchment into Lebnoon/Jordan or even Egypt
