It clearly shows an aircraft of enormous proportions, possibly hundreds of meters long near IDF F-16 jets. The video is real; original footage is still available at the BBC:

its a strach in the glass of the canopy of F16 the camera is moving not the object plus moviing F16 completed the illusion or it can be DAJJAL is flying space ship observing the exercies
