Of course they have a right. I'm not arguing that.

Replace them in your mind with displaced Icelanders and see how silly the article sounds.

BTW people in North Africa and parts of the Middle East (including Palestinians) are considered "white people" in the US (but apparently not elsewhere in the World like Europe and Asia where white seems to be synonymous with "European". I have Syrian, Lebanese, and even Iranian friends and they are considered white people.

It seems Europeans/Asians have long seeded continent/racial issues. So that makes this article even more of a quirky read when it focuses on "white people" and we scratch our heads.

Take out the whites and put in Pakistanis and this would fit as well. This is another reason why a strong, coherent national identity is a must for any people wanting to succeed. This is something we are severely lacking.
