Israelis are on stolen land of the Palestinians.
Time to send them all back to Poland and Ethiopia
When Israel was created, 70% of the land within the borders was land formerly owned
by the Ottoman Empire, and not by any individual.
The British Government had Control over that land during the mandate.
The government land was then legally transferred to the state if Israel.
Most settlements within the border, had already been purchased from rich land owners.
Their ownership might have been questionable according to Western standards,
but was perfectly all right according to Ottoman Law (see below)
Ownership of land according to the Ottoman land laws of 1858 was depending on cultivating it.
Stopping to cultivating the land for a certain time means that ownership is transferred
to the government.
Farmers did not have to purchase land, they just had to cultivate the land and then register its use.
Most didn't for tax evasive and other reasons, so very few actually owned their lands.
So all those Palestinians leaving the newly formed state of Israel also decided to
transfer the ownership of the land to the new government, according to the Ottoman Law.

Your claim that land is stolen is therefore baseless.
The transfer is fully legal, and the corrupt Ottoman Empire is the one to blame for that.
The Ottoman law is also used to confiscate land on the West Bank.
That is why a lot of the settlements are on rocky hills which cannot be cultivated
got the approval from the Israeli supreme court, while others on better lands are ordered
to be closed.
A lot of the settlements can thus be blamed on Turkey.
When are Turkey going to apologize for that to the Palestinians, and every other group
that has been subjected to the unfair land code of 1858?
