well let just say our definition of engineering is a little different than Israeli one . on other hand it seems the definition of engineering for foreign mercenaries and AL-Qaeda tugs in Syria is the same with your definition of engineering .

Actually , IRGC is one of biggest building organization in Iran ... they make some dams and road ... they even build a road in Afghanistan .....

they aren't only a militants ...they are Islamic Revolution Guards and a country need building , roads , industrial and etc alongside of army to keep going forward ...
