The population growth and # 1 and all is good. But, what positive outcome will it bring, that is more worth discussing... today we see Islam is 2nd largest religion and we all know what is going around in the world. Will it make them happy after becoming # 1? will they live peacefully then?

Islam is a powerful ideology, very powerfull

Two things are contributing to the spread of islam

1- conversion to islam around the world by non-muslims

2-Muslims love of large families

The above causes alot of butt hurt to a certain types of people who burn up at the idea of many people converting to islam and muslims having big families



Power comes and goes, its a cycle
No body remains strong forever
Great empires crumble and fall
And small states grow powerfull


The muslim world is going through transition and this has a side effect of chaos This is what you are seeing today


BUT this will not always be the case imagine a muslim world/power spanning the globe with billions of people, land and resources at its disposal

Just like your country may have been under colonial control 200 years ago and has risen now, so too will muslims eventually rise



It also is fulfillment of muslim prophecy


Nothing is going to stand in the way of the spread of islam!!!!

Their is an immense amount of wealth in the muslim world

Until 50 years ago jews had been slaughtered in numerous places across the world, hindus had been slaves for 1000 years, power went from the Europeans and the Americans and Russians were the dominant superpowers

The Arabs were the most progressing when they didn't have oil. And do you think that if Middle East runs out of oil, the whole world wouldn't? It holds 43% of world's oil reserve, if they run out of oil, so will everyone.

really? several questions:

1) so what? there are a lot of muslims right now. Has it made being musim any better?
2) in 30 to 50 years, fossil fuels are guaranteed to become unprofitable to explore for or produce. DO you think the Arabian cradles of Islam are prepared for that?
3) What do you think about the consequences of ISIS? If ISIS is routed or if ISIS wins - what do you think either these scenario means to Islam?

My point is, taking pride in such things as 'largest religion' is meaningless. It hasn't produced anything for Christianity, it did not save the Jews from Christ, it did not protect Buddhism from almost disappearing from India, it did not prevent Islam from taking over Zoroastrianism in Iran and it certainly did not protect the middle-east from blowing up every other year.

Thoughts abut God Guns and Gays are best kept private! Unfortunately some religious zealots violate that principle and get into a lot of hot water!

India can hardly make a move without the Americans' clearence. The only two countries which are completely free from American orders are Russia and China ONLY.

And right, I'm debating with a Hindu nationalist, someone who doesn't consider minorities as Indians. What do you say to the thousands of Sikhs, Muslims and Christians who've gave their life fighting for India? You make me sick.

Diaspora I agree with, but are they really Indian? They have American/Canadian nationalities, most now are born their and never been to India.
