ISIS attacking bharat is in bharat's interest. Why, you ask?
If ISIS were to attack bharat, it would certainly do it from Pakistan border (assuming they have captured some border areas with India, although this is highly unlikely to happen). Bharat can use this as an excuse to launch a full out war on Pakistan.
The way I see it, bharatis are not happy about ISIS because they can't use ISIS in any way against Pakistan. They used Taliban, al Qaeda and other terrorist groups against Pakistan on a diplomatic level globally, primarily because these groups had presence in Pakistan or were supported by Pakistan at one time. Now the world's attention has moved to ISIS and the terrorist groups in Af-Pak border region are a distant second priority. So all the attention from Pakistan and Afghanistan is gone and they are not happy. Their wet dream of Pakistan being invaded by US (i remember bharatis salivating over such a prospect) is becoming even less and less likely.
ISIS gaining foothold in Pakistan and becoming stronger will be in bharat's interest. In fact, bharat will probably support ISIS much like TTP in hopes of using it as a reason to invade Pakistan, or hoping someone else does it for them.
