ISIS is a serious threat to Afghanistan now. It was interesting to see Ghani's speech a few days back where he made a distinction between the Taliban and ISIS, by describing ISIS as an alien entity to Afghanistan, and how the people will fight it tooth and nail.

I believe soon Afghanistan government and Afghan Taliban have no choice but to join forces and kick out ISIS in Afghanistan.
ISIS is recruiting members from Taliban, Northern Alliance as well as Afghan army.
But they will be controlled through Syria.
ISIS want to use domestic force to build muscles in Afghanistan. So militant nature wise it is not Alien force..... but ideology wise it is.........

A full blown alliance between the ISIS and TTP will spell disaster for Pakistan. Though it may take a while, it is clear that the situation spells danger. Seeing that the PA is overstretched in the NW, it's going to be a veritable nightmare to deal with another enemy.

Not just for Pakistan,but this has got potential of turning into a veritable nightmare for the entire South Asian region!!Hope shit doesn't hit the fan,not in immediate future at least.
