LeT and JeM bosses, including Hafiz Saeed and his son Hafiz Talha Saeed, are also believed to have attended the meeting.

The intense crackdown by Indian security forces along the border in Jammu and Kashmir has sent the militant handlers, including Pakistan's spy agency ISI, into a tizzy. Sources told Mail Today that ISI bosses are now directly handling the operations in J&K.
They are not only guiding the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) militants, but are also supervising terror operations. Sources also said that the ISI had recently organised a high-level meeting at its Islamabad headquarters to chalk out a fresh strategy to continue its terror-related activities in the Valley and as well as Punjab.
LeT and JeM bosses, including Hafiz Saeed and his son Hafiz Talha Saeed, are also believed to have attended the meeting. The outcome of the meeting was also conveyed to the commanders of these militant organisations based in Kashmir. Sources say the ISI has not only given fresh targets to the militants, but has also told them how and when to infiltrate into India.
"It is true. They may be chalking out a fresh strategy to continue their activities in the Valley. Nothing new in that. This is what they have been doing since 1947.
The ISI and militant organisations are confused and helpless as the security forces have tightened the cover. Let them indulge in the process. We will absolutely not let the enemy succeed," J&K Director General of Police K. Rajendra Kumar told MAIL TODAY.
The ISI and other militant outfits are also strengthening local modules by increasing their headcount. Locals, including ex-servicemen, are involved in passing on information to the local terror modules, according to sources.
Sources said local guides disguised as shepherds even reach near the fencing area to communicate with the handlers.
Locals have also been issued permits to venture out in the fields located on the International Border in Punjab.
