i do agree that Pakistan have a capability of having status of Asian Tiger, because of following factors,

1. Population 200 Million.
2. All four seasons,
3. Producing Every kind of fruit Vegetable's and Food stuffs.
4. Potential in Industrial Growth, because of law labour costs,.

I think you're the one missing the point. You don't become an 'Asian Tiger' by having your finance minister say so...

Neither does tax collection the sole reason behind the rise of the Asian Tigers.

Over come the power Shortage
Bring the Investment in
do Structural Reform
Increase the tax revenue
Make good Infrastructure.
make new Industries (make in Pakistan) with cheap labor
Relay less on Imports instead make the same things in Pakistan you can ask China and Turkey to invest in the stuff we import lower the duties and tax on importing

Since long we are hearing this mantra, I think early 90s, 'Asian Tiger tu kiya hum Asian Billi bhi nahin bun sakay.'

These corrupt king will take us to nowhere better, believe me they will make Pakistan more weak, isolate and bankrupt.

They are only capable of looting, dumping Pakistan 's money abroad in their accounts and buying properties.
