Russia is a basket case. They have lost too much brain power to Israel and the US. What have they handed to the world in the last 30 years to move mankind forward and make people's lives easier? Zero. They offer the world nothing. I can't even say their spacecraft because they are still using the 1960's Soyuz.

Brazil...they had a bright future in the 80's with things like Embraer and then fell apart with their loan defaults and haven't recovered. Nothing comes from that country anymore.

India...maybe moving in a better direction but nothing groundbreaking...yet

China...playing catch-up by sucking in every Western creation and throwing it back at a far cheaper price.

Sure, there are many Chinese people living in Pakistan and building it.

I'm all for China to do dual citizenship with Pakistan. We share a border and our interests are the same.
