IS THIS PAKISTAN DEFENSE FORUM OF INDIA DEFENSE FORUM ?

Dear fellow members

When I log on this forum I do so with the intention of learning more about Pakistan in particular and glancing through the remaining world forum issues to find out what is going on out there. I recently noticed that when I log in on the "New Posts" section, most of the threads here relate to India and Indian issues, even those being posted by Pakistanis ! I also check into other defense forums and this is the only forum where the host displays more news about its neighbor than itself. Even Indian defense issues are more widely reported on in here than Pakistani defense issues. This surely is not a South Asian thing since Bangladesh news is relegated to an insignificant corner. Please let us read more about Pakistan, it's people and lifestyle and its defense issues in future threads. If any members want to learn about India, the defense forums of India have plenty of threads relating to India. Many thanks

Might be your observation but this is changing. If you go to the default landing page which gives you the summary of threads posted (not dissected on the basis of country specific forums) a lot of them are pakistan related.

This is applicable for all the three vertical interest lines.
Pakistan ------ world affairs ----- defence/military

That too for both the blocks.

As I stated in the thread, if one logs onto the New Posts section, nearly 70% of all new posts relate to India and not Pakistan

That is because lots of things are happening in India and get written about. That has all to do with democracy and growth.

Well i agree with the OP and want to add that PDF is becoming more like general news forums as I find lots of threads which are no where related to defense (and believe me those are many). Though I am not saying not allow them but there should be a limit as sometimes, I have to search for actual deference related threads.
