No they can do that Neptune... They can do that with so called 'limited' opportunities...
No they cant. becase they list their ISR equipment before the flight. ıf the host nation suspects any espionage, it can send fighters to escort them, armed with ECM, counter-SIGINT pods.

When i read the news i see that with 'limited' opportunities they can do it?.. They can monitor the ground not only airspace !.. i underlined the relevant part of article...
What does it mean ? What is justification of this 'agreement ? What are the risks and what are the benefits ? They can enter our airspace...
Who signed this deal ?.. What will we do about their 'air space' which is not only thing it also includes ground monitoring ?...
