It could be an equivalent to a midget sub nothing more.
 
Pakistan should have had 10 agosta subs by now ... instead of wondering about what we should have , we should have been making subs right now... in navel yards
 
Id love to sea the U214 SHARKS in there natural habitat THE ARABIAN SEA.
