Ahmad Ibn Hanbal (d. 241H) stated in his work, Usūlus-Sunnah as is recorded in Sharhu Usūlil-I’tiqād of Al-Lālikā’ee (1/161):

“It is not permissible for anyone among the people to fight the ruler and nor to rise up against him. And whosoever does that is an innovator, upon other than the Sunnah and upon other than the Straight Path.”

Shaikh Al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah’s mercy be upon him) said:
“Being patient with the tyranny of the rulers is a fundamental principle (asl) from the fundamentals of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamā’ah.” (Majmoo’ Al-Fatāwa 28/179)

Al-Imām Ibn Taymiyyah (d. 728H) stated: “There have not been a people who revolted against their ruler except that their condition after their rebellion was worse than before they rebelled.” (Minhāj As-Sunnah 3/231)

You think they will give all that up so easily?

IK is the single biggest existential threat they've had over the last 70 years. They look at him as a bigger threat than India, Soviets, US, EU and all corrupt mafia that's been draining the country dry and leaving it barely a notch above sub-Saharan Africa, combined.

I don't believe in anti Army stance as majority of Army is made up of people from Poor or middle class background that is the demographics for PTI support base

However the Civil Disobedience Movement is necessary to enforce an election
Sharif Brothers are "Dheet"/ Stubborn

India has their farmer's protest for same reason a "Stubborn" ruling
What was lessons learned from that ?

a) Stubborn person and his court ruled and introduced a law against Farmers
What was the outcome almost 1 year protest


What Pakistan will have to endure will be a protest at National Level

There’s a little bit of difference between America and Pakistan. The main one is that the American establishment has managed to create a country with an economy that is 100 times the one in Pakistan with only 1.5 times the population. They’ve created the richest country on the planet.

The Pakistani elite have given us one of the worst poverty stricken and dysfunctional countries on earth.

So, American people are massively better off than Pakistanis. No matter how much the Americans may hate their elite, they are very prosperous. If the country was as desperately poor as Pakistan while the rulers were looting the country Americans would have have killed the elite off a long time ago. Americans are 100x more intolerant of bad rulers than Pakistanis.

Imran Khan has charisma people like him and how he holds himself educated, well spoken and dressed. My mother who was never interested in US or Pakistani politics in her entire life is now so attached since Khan was PM she’s more up to date than anything else. This shows the hold IK has its woken a lot of people up.
