My take on this is that we should always consider the will of the people when deciding things, The majority of the people living in Junagarh are hindus that are happy to be part of India. So why should they be pushed to be part of a country that they don't want to be part of. Its that simple in my mind.



If you check the history you will find that there was no such country called India before the British came, there were moments where some areas of current India were part of Muslim Persian rulers and moments where they were under Muslim Pukhtoon rulers. Also there are moments in history where some areas of current Pakistan and Afghanistan were under Sikh rulers, but never before the British were all the areas of current Pakistan and India a united country.

Pakistani logic? and christopher columbus was looking for Korea? Get an education. Every country was a set of kingdoms before the modern state. UK ring any bells. Gosh always some weird logic coming from west of India.

Ok Mr extra educated, please tell me when was the Country of India formed? Also maybe this slipped your mind by UK is not a country. It is a collection of countries under the rule of the Queen of England.

Appreciate the admission that J&K did accede to India, most Pak posters here question the accession.
