Is it Really beef that India Exports

Now I'm confused cow is female? We say it Maj in punjabi the bull is male version of it:unsure:

Yes, it is okay to slaughter buffalow.
but nobody does it openly( I am talking about Punjab)
Here in my city in Punjan, there are 3 meat plants. They export the beef.
Only buffalows are saughtered there.
No cow, never.
And almost 99% of work force there is muslims from UP.
Although hindus and sikhs dont object to bufallow slaughter, but nobody eats beef.
Chicken is our favrt.
I have heard sikhs eat jhatka cow meat in indian punjab?

Buffalo is bhains also called manj in Punjabi and Hindko.

Never in my life, I have met a Sikh who eats beef or even geard about one eating. And yeah, I am sikh living in Punjab.

I remember when we visit our pend;) cow or buffalo whatever it's locals call it Maiyn and group of it Maiyyan:P I still remember a puzzle about it ( peheli)

Well, in Sikhism, after the 'amrit sanchar'( like baptism) , one is not allowed to eat any kind of meat. After that they dont even eat 'jhutha' of others, means they dont share there food.

But, only about 1 out of 100 sikhs go through Amrit sanchar.
So we eat meat and drink whisky.
In the meat also, nobody eats beef.
