Is Indian Gov serious about nation's security..?

after seeing the developments on the other sides of Indian border... i personnaly feel that Indian goverments N its leaders r rather busy making money ,....! they r not very much serious about nations security..

What exactly do you mean? Fighting terrorists in India, or reacting to outside threats?
If you mean the second point I can't agree, cause we are clearly makeing big moves to modernise all our forces to protect outr country. New Awacs, spy sats, new fighters, helicopter, transport aircrafts, ships, subs, many things in the asw field to counter Chinas sub fleet, missiles and so on. There can be any doubt about that the gov is serious about China as a threat and that they are doing everything to react on it.
Also if you take a deeper look you can see that they don't want just to buy new arms, but put priority in co- and indigenous developments with new techs to improve our own capabilites (FGFA, MRTA, Brahmos, the new 10t helicopter, the new stealth frigat, LCA, MCA, LCH, LOH, ATV...). Indias armed forces are clearly heading to the best in the world and not only because of high numbers like in the past, but also because of the latest techs.
