Is India cutting ‘off its nose to spite its face’ on OBOR?

Trump now is hell bent to butter China up, he knows more than you do, go and ask him.
lol. You always get flustered and go off in a tabloid like tangent when you don't have talking points in front of you. Just a conference, chill

.
Dude, satellites dude. We know you are missile superowers. I wouldn't dare bring that up. In fact you guys must be the only country that has missiles at 50km iterative ranges. So precise.
Now let's talk SATs.

Equal equal equal...

Equal or better/worst doesn't mean comparison in a particular filed, India is ahead in Space to quite an extent, but mostly in GSLV, PSLV launch technology mostly gathered from Russia during cold war period.

Pakistani engineers have worked closely with their Chinese counterparts during all stages of development of the satellite in China. Some experimental units developed at SUPARCO have also been integrated on the satellite for technology evaluation.

.
Don't oversestimate indian. The 800 million poor of india are not even worth using the snapchat according to its CEO then how can they afford Chinese products which are gradually getting expensive and better quality?

July 16 marks the completion of 20 years of the launch of BADR-1, Pakistan's first indigenously built artificial satellite.

The launch was an achievement by a small team of dedicated Pakistanis opening a window of opportunity for the future generations.

https://www.dawn.com/news/869164/badr-1-satellite-and-beyond

BADR-1 was an experimental satellite manufactured to enhance local infrastructure and train human resources to undertake space missions especially for telecommunications, video broadcasting and monitoring of earth's resources.

The only reason is that China wants to uplift the condition of indians and wishes the dividends of prosperity shared by all the countries of the region otherwise already jealous people will become even more jealous mate. But as you can see that China just offered india and now it has moved on without it and the train has left with without india..

India population is 1.3 billion or 130 crore and Pakistan is 200 million or 20 crore, so India population is 6.5 times that of Pakistan or Pakistan population is just 15% of India's.

So if India economy is 7 times that of Pakistan so is it's population, if its cars sales are 2 million and for Pak it is 2.85 lacs, that is 6 times less than India, so is it's population. The per capita income of India and all per capita indices are same, between India and China the difference is of light years...

But in the case of India and China, the population of India and China is same, very minor difference, 1.3 billion for India and 1.4 billion for China, BTW India will be ahead of China in 2022, but only in population.

So this is the main point, all the indices of India and Pakistan are very similar. All the indices of India and China are all very different.

sales are 2 million and for Pak it is 2.85 lacs, that is 6 times less than India, so is it's population.

So 20/2.85 if I take it on ur words is 6 times?
 Now I know y pakis excel in maths

And ur economy is 7 times lesser? Its 10 times...

I find it a shame to compare our full country with urs... Next time we will compare Indian states with Pakistan... Like Maharastra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Gujarat etc etc...

.
Btw jacques, 1 PKR is not equal to 1 INR, it's like half the value. Failed in math?. Also those multicraptionals don't sell as much in India because we have Indian brands also. Heard of patanjali, dabur, godrej, Tata? All of them sell more. And there are thousands more for every FMCG.
If Nestle and PnG are raping you, there is an obvious reason for it.

Equal, equal, equal....

Patanjali...is that for real???
baba Ramdev must be selling his brand with the sprinkle of Hindutva and things like that.

BTW there are some very big local brands in Pakistan in addition to I've mentioned earlier. Check Engro foods, principal is Engro Corp, sales in excess of 3 billion USD. National foods sales in excess of 57 billion Rs. Ahmed Foods, Qarshi, Hilal, sales in excess of 40 billion, EBM, sales in excess of 45 billion RS.

Per capita sales of consumer goods is more in Pakistan than India.

Why do Pakistanis KEEP ON comparing the Chinease stats with India

China is global super power

India is a regional power

Pakistan is ...............PAKISTAN .

Indian growth is driven by indian internal market demands... China needs exports

Check this...

GDP $313.6381 billion (Nominal, 2017)[2]
$1.061 trillion (PPP, 2017) [3]

42th (Nominal)
GDP growth
4.0% (2014), 4.2% (2015),
4.71% (2016e), 5.2% (2017f)[4]
GDP per capita
$1,584 (nominal; 140th;2017)[2]

India

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economy_of_India
$5,340 (PPP; 133th; 2017)[2]
GDP $2.45 trillion (nominal; 2017)
$9.49 trillion (PPP; 2017)[3]
GDP rank 6th (nominal) / 3rd (PPP)
GDP growth
7.2% (2014), 7.6% (2015),
7.0% (2016e), 7.6% (2017f)[4]

$1,852 (nominal est.; 2017)
$7,153 (PPP est; 2017)[3]
GDP per capita rank

It makes Indian economy 7.7 times bigger than the Pak economy and not the 10 times or so mentioned. In nominal terms even it is not 10 times bigger.

Chinese wishes may reign supreme in Pakistan not in India, we are habit of making our fortunes instead on depending on handouts.

As for Trains leaving the station, be careful of Train , you will never know what has hit you.

Talking of Indian states and its population, all the Indian states per capita is lower than Pakistan except for Maharashtra which has Mumbai and the financial nerve center of India with large tax collection, industries, and financial institutions.

UP state has a population of 22 crore higher than Pakistan and has a GDP of just 55% of Pakistan...so on and so forth.

Yes this woulda, shoulda, coulda is not relevant in this fast moving world.

...and you are assuming that China will stand idle and its economy will not grow an inch, BTW China economy is 5 times that of India and a 6.5% GDP growth means 4.5 times higher growth than India.

Look up all the estimates. China was supposed to have surpassed the US in 2020-22 period, now it's been pushed to 2030+.

US will be a $21T economy by 2030, China will be anywhere between 20T and 22T by then. India's will be anywhere between $7-10T even at current rate of growth by 2030. The writing is already on the wall.

Why else do you think Global Times recently published an article cautioning the Chinese about India's potential?

That 6.5% growth will be much lower after 2020 and even lower after 2025, considering the Chinese aren't faking it. The IMF has already pegged Chinese growth to be below 6% after 2020. Chinese businessmen will tell you China's real growth is below 5% today. There is a pretty good chance China will surpass the US only after 2030. The reality is China has slowed down and there is no scope for high growth again because the population has started declining. As mentioned before, the writing is already on the wall.

Shoulda, woulda, coulda is what took China to its current position. And India's headed the same way. China grew from $2.6T to $11T in 11 years. I've put a less than optimum growth for India over 13 years which brings it to just $7-10T from $2.45T today, you think that's unreasonable?

The working-age population is expected to drop to 700 million by 2050, a "sharp decline" from the estimated 830 million in 2030, said Li Zhong, spokesman of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, at a news conference on Friday.

In fact, China's economic troubles started just a few years after the decline started in 2011.
"Data released by the National Bureau of Statistics show that this population has been in decline since it peaked at 925 million in 2011," Li said,

Whereas, India--

India’s continues to rise, expected to touch a maximum of about 1.1 billion in 2050.

700 million vs 1100 million. The writing is on the wall. It depends on whether you can read it or not.

Who told you that nonsense, we don't buy PPP crap. China now cares less about GDP and more about how to make people live a better life, that's more tangible and something the real people can really benefit.

GDP is just a number and can be calculated many ways, standard of living and urbanization, social welfare, those are the things we are after now.
