India have a lot of manpads like Igla,Strela 2,Strela 3 etc.but they are trying to replace it soon with more capable system.

Good these numbers should be increased so that our military and para can both field such options whne necessary. Helis are a good weapons but their survivability in battle is still under debate.

Actually India got these in huge numbers.I don't know which Manpad will replace these..any guess????
