Is Bangla-Burma relation non-existent?

We have a tiny boundary with Burma (Myanmar). BD Govt. has allocated 18,000 acres forest to BD army for building army camp and army houses to safeguard Bangladesh border in South east area. Total 60,000 acres of land are allocated for army in different districts. Environment concerned civil societies are protesting against cleaning up forests to build army camp in Burma border. Is that tiny border very dangerous for us to put our country at risk of further global warming effects? 30% land of BD is just above 12 mm of sea level. Will go in bay of Bengal in future if global warming continues due to ice melting rapidly. I don't know about future of Bangladesh. May be in 30 years we have no option other than merging with India but if we talk about present condition just because of fear of Rohingya migrants in Bangladesh we are destroying our forests and building army and BGB camp. Is it a wise decision? Do we have any bilateral relation with Burma to resolve Rohingya problem?

Immigration to India will continue. Have you seen Indo-Bangla border? Its very superficial unlike Indo-Pak border or any other border in the world. Fencing will not help you. There is a river Brahmaputra which flows though Bangladesh to Assam. BDians will go to Assam through river channel.

We have a very tiny border with Burma. Bengalis are in Burma also but not neccessarily they are Bangladeshis. They settled in Burma thousand years ago in Arakan region of Burma. They are called Rohingya. Burma wants to sent these people to Bangladesh but BD govt. refused to take foreign nationals despite being Bengali Muslims hence govt. allocated 18,000 acres of land for army and BGB to safeguard Bangla-Burma border.

Burmese are NOT friendly with Bangladeshis.

Ohh, that's another issue. India is just attached with BD permanently but our problem is over population. This over population is ruining our country. It has now become a burden of India also. Millions of BDeshis are living in India illegally now due to excessive population. Russia is world's largest country yet it has less population than Bangladesh. Now if Burma tries to sent Rohingya Bengalis to Bangladesh it would be disaster. We can't afford it.

If one more time I see your BS written against Islam I am going to report your post.you are most probably Hindu or christian. But have some decency to write about someone else's religion knowing full facts.do not miss quote or quote out of contexts.
Family planning mostly success full in urban areas due to costly living standards and expensive education system.illiterate people does not understand the power of education and not feel pressure to send their children for higher studies.
And taking alms from family or unknown people is not conciderd degrading. So the byproduct of foolish ness is not the result of religion.

I think you are confusing Afghanistan with Bangladesh. Bangladesh fertility rate now is lower than India:

So you see we majority Muslims in Bangladesh beat majority Hindu India in lowering number of children per woman.

If you look at this map, high fertility rates are all in sub-saharan Africa, the only exception is Afghanistan, which has a good reason for high fertility rate, continuous war there since 1979 Soviet invasion. Except for sub-saharan African Muslims and war torn Afghanistan, most Muslims have a low fertility rate similar to majority Hindu India. Iran and Uzbekistan has a rate significantly lower than India.
