I do give Musharraf credit for Building Roads and improving education.

At the same he should is RESPONSIBLE for energy crisis as he did not add even a SINGLE MW in 8 years.


What I want to say is that Musharraf when he started.People had many hopes.But combining with same OLD CORRUPT people and then his COLLABORATION with them made him Unpopular.


Beside it I think though pakistani give musharraf credit for infra structure.

The main issue right now is STABILITY and Musharraf is responsible for all of that so People want Musharraf To go.

As his LAL MASJID FIASCO and FATA OPERATION are very unpopular among ordinary people.



AND ONE THING SOME ONE WROTE THAT THE LAST TIME WE HAD FREE FAIR ELECTIONS THE COUNTRY BROKE.

JUST STUPID and a Piece of S***T.

MOST OF THE PRO ARMY PEOPLE ON THIS SITE DONT SUPPORT PEOPLE's rule.

THE TRUTH IS THAT EAST PAKISTAN SEPARATED BECAUSE OF AYUB KHAN's DICTATOR SHIP .He might have done a good job in development but he was the one responsible for sense of deprivation in East pakistan.

Remember Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali jinnah stopped the promotion of AYUB KHAN on the grounds that he was interested in politics.

This shows how much our LEADER wanted DEMOCRACY
and ARMY TO KEEP OUT OF POLITICS

MORE THAn 80% OF PAKISTANIS WANT DEMOCRACY IN COUNTRY.
Quaid e Azam wanted Democracy.
Constitution wants democracy.

Athenenian style democracy as promoted by the west simply won't cut it in Pakistan.
There is too much feudalism and legacies of era's gone by.

To impose this style of democracy will take generations and not just a single election.

Plus what alternative is out there?

You have already stated that its the same old corrupt people out there>

I support Pervez Musharraf as he at least is trying to get things done and I support his secular stance.
