Hmm imagine it will be called a logistical error or something on that line. Maybe error in drop sites or communication error. Will have to look into Iraqi news channels and piece the facts together.

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Foreign Minister, Ibrahim al-Jaafary, stated in a press conference with his Iranian Counterpart, Jawad Dharif, stated that there are no evidences over the involvement of the US-led Coalition in dropping aids and weapons to ISIL.

The news of helicopters being shot down must be fake but there's a lot of talk going around and some video's as well of helicopters in what they say are helicopters landing in Fallujah stadium and other IS held towns.

Most likely anti American propaganda.

If they were actually supplying ISIS this directly, there is no way they'd be so careless as to use their own aircraft and then get them shot down by the Iraqis.

They definitely would have known about the Iraqi AA positions and either avoided them or used some cover story to safely pass over. How could they manage to get shot down? (unless they wanted to) Just too much coincidence.

Anyway, it's going to be really easy for the UK and the Coalition to dismiss these claims, even if they are true.

Till now only blogs and forums have reported this, most if not all of them quoting this article from Veterans Today. The news probably isn't very true.

We already know that US is regularly supplying the rebels it considers to be 'moderate', but the way militant groups work there's no telling who sells the weapons to whom - or who captures those weapons. And all that is if we consider the official US side of the story as 100% true.

The reality probably is worse. Much worse.
