Thank you Abii jan. Part of the reason I'm happy about this is because she is in a position of authority and responsibility for many, amongst whom a lot of men. The other reason is this is happening on the watch of the most conservative government in Iran's living memory. To me this demonstrates the profound cultural changes that are taking place in Iran, which are being driven from the bottom up, and which are unlikely to be rolled back in future events. To me this is real change and that's why I'm happy...

Women make good airline pilots....they tend to follow the aviation rules much better than us men and they don't take risks or push the limits like we do.

Congratulation to her....hope she makes Captain one day.

once in UK a research was made about car driving by men and women.
They found that 80% of women follow the rules more than men.
But in Case of Car accidents , they found that women caused 60% accidents than men :D lol :D

yup...and I pay high insurance because of this. I am hurting brother

I have also noticed that women pilots seem to loose their performance more than men during stressful situation or during an actual flight emergency, so we both have our good and bad, it boils down to knowing your limitations and constantly improving your skills staying as profficent as possible.
