a former GENERAL of US army comes and talks about a non-existent "branch" of Iranian army in Iraq .

Either he is so stupid and is actually fed with false crappy news , or he is following a certain agenda for spreading BS .

i like to assume it's the later one which is true , but i donno why sth tells me that the former can also be a good candidate

I imagine everyone is making progress, ISIS is just going to contract now and focus on specific areas, Iraq army and the Shi'ite militias are making ground as are the Kurds (as much as they are willing to take without benefiting people who would attack them any other day). ISIS will be in its death throes soon, just a game of time now. Daily videos of Iraqi air force beating down on them, taking them apart on the ground etc and the only videos you see from ISIS are of prisoners being shot or beheaded, shows their military skill, not really a surprise when most of them are just bloodthirsty idiots who fought it would be something to do in their boring lives and now regret it.
