Mohajer is slow , karrar is fast and if I'm not wrong it now carry a radar.

Range of Iran’s Suicide Drones Extended to 4,000 km
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian Army experts have dramatically increased the flight endurance of suicide UAVs, manufacturing drones with an operational range of 4,000 kilometers, a commander said.
The spokesperson for an ongoing drone war game staged by the Iranian Army said on Wednesday that the homegrown military suicide drones can conduct nonstop sorties to hit targets at a range of 4,000 km.
Admiral Mahmoud Mousavi said the Army’s long-range suicide drones took off from the southern costs of Makran on Wednesday and hit targets at the war game zone in the Semnan province after traveling 1,400 km.
The Army units have also flown various tactical combat quadcopters equipped with small bombs, small pilotless aircraft for reconnaissance operations, and the Pelican VTOL drones on board naval vessels in the southern waters.
During the exercise, the Army has for the first time utilized Arash suicide and anti-radar drone with a portable launcher.
Various unmanned aircraft are taking part in the drill in Iran’s northern province of Semnan for different operations including aerial interception, launch of air-to-air missiles, detonation of ground targets with bombs and missiles with pinpoint accuracy, and suicide strikes.

We can easily hit their main base at Diego Garcia Island in Indian ocean from Yemen or from new Shahid Rudaki vessel of IRGC or new Makran vessel of Artesh ... no place for their long range bombers there
it seems it can be equipped with 3 pkm type machine guns, there are 3 bullet magazines with 3 holes for the barrels although we only see one fitted machine gun

looking at these drones, is it possible to add a radar to these drones (like a fighter jet)?
Will those radar be even useful?

A small radar considering its size, weight, requirements like cooler if we suppose itd be a modern radar, you need a Space as big as the drone itself. But if you use optical IR seekers in order to detect and lock on Helicopters, tanks, drones, cruise missiles then itd be a successful idea.

I heard about a "radar" being installed on them, but they definitely meant IR, which is good for the payloads it can carry and their respective ranges.
Can Iran have AEW&C drone and radar guided drones?
This is a theory that I am proposing based on the current level of miniaturization that we have:
In theory a phased array radar can be divided in to smaller sub elements farther away. The reconstruction technique needs to be completed modified, though, which is very doable for Iran. We would be scanning from different angles that actually can bring positive data as well. It can recover some blind spots.
We can divide a bigger radar to smaller elements mounted on for example Fotros. This way an array of Fotros can even act as AWACS drone.
Excellent data link is needed and we will depend on data link significantly.

Most definitely a great concept. As you say, the data Link that can withstand EW is key. We know that even US drones have been subdued because of various EW attacks orchestrated by Iran.

TEHRAN, Jan. 07 (MNA) – Deputy Commander of Iranian Army Air Defense said that a variety of flight tactics, using artificial intelligence, was carried out for the first time in the country in large-scale drone combat exercise.
Artificial intelligence was applied for the first time in the country in flying drones in drone combat drills, Brigadier General Elhami told Mehr News Agency on Thursday.
He pointed to the large-scale drone combat exercise in central desert of the country in Semnan province and added, “For many years, Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran had a very wide focus on improving the quality and use of UAVs. Relying upon the assistance of the Almighty God, we have achieved very high capabilities and capabilities in this regard.”
The brigadier general evaluated the salient achievements and experiences gained in a large-scale drone combat drill “very significant and successful” and added, “In the first priority, we managed to conduct a joint exercise between four forces of army with synergy and in this way, we managed to achieve good success in the field of drone operations.”
“Arash” suicide drone, which flew from a long distance and reached the training area, was able to hit and destroy its target with very high accuracy, he said, adding, “This drone flew for the first time from a portable cabin and was able to complete its mission well.”
Referring to Iran’s success to the drone capability during the toughest sanctions imposed against the country and added, “Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran managed to attain salient achievements in drone capability at the toughest sanctions period.”

Just letting my imagination fly ......Iran has one of world's biggest fleet of tanker ships..If each tanker is equipped with some combination of these drones then that makes Iran one of the few countries with considerable reach beyond her borders....Imagine an Oil tanker with one of these suicide drones passing close to South Korean coast line...fly one over Seoul not with a bomb but with some pamphlets that says..GIVE OUR F*CKING MONEY BACK ..!!..lol
