Kudos to Pakistan's security agencies for protecting their nuclear scientists.
Capturing them alive is better, however it's good that they were killed. It's a warning to other spies.3 or 4 of the assasins have been killed a sophisticated attack involving car bombing and shooting
It could still happen because the present Hindutva regime will do something stupid.,Can you imagine indian airforce crossing border and killing Pakistanis at whim. PAF would lay waste to their FOB. Iranians need to retaliate and retaliate hard this is the only way to make your enemies fear you.
Well...assassination of heads of state who have a far more public exposure profile is common in the subcontinent and those conspiracies are usually internal.,Forget our nuclear scientist, Pakistan didnt do jack when Zia and his entourage were blown up midair....
We all know who was behind that.
It could still happen because the present Hindutva regime will do something stupid.,
But to your point there certainly were plans or even attempts to assassinate Pakistani scientists which were thwarted by security agencies and no one hears about it.
A flashback :
There are conspiracy theories about the death of a prominent Indian nuclear scientist: Dr. Homi Jehangir Babha who was killed in a crash of Air India Flight 101 in January 1966 .
His death is said to have delayed India's nuclear program. India was a staunch ally of the Soviet Union at that time so was not in the good books of the "powers that matter".
Thanks for the clarification, but still there has to be some kind of retaliationSome people here seem to be confused. These attacks are performed by Iranian terrorists such as MEK. They are backed and financed by outsiders such CIA and Mossad etc.
