First of all, i am not an indian so at least do some basic research before mouthing off like a jahil that you are!

What Iran requires is a stable neighbor, knowing Afghanistan would be more stable under the Taliban than Ashraf gov, also knowing that without the US presence in Afghanistan, it's threat to it's eastern flank is gone, it does not care. Last thing anyone wants, is years long civil war over this very poor land.

First talk of Iran and taliban took place almost 4 years ago and when Afghan government national security adviser Mr Atmar travel to Iran and requested that Iran helps and mediates Afghan Afghan peace talks and Iran as brotherly country accepted we got taliban approval to start talks but due to american pressure Afghan government didn't participate .. ... Iran never started negotiation with them without permission or request of Afghan government ....
Iran policy is clear 4 decades of war has just brought more war now it is time for an end and it would not happen unless all parties in this country start to talk ...

No one recruiting anyone they volunteered in fight against isis ... in fact they asked Iran to arm and train them at first Iran didn't take them serious but as their number increased then Iran agreed to do so.
Many of them had lived in Iran for decades due to their love for Islamic revolution and it was their decisions to fight against isis ...
