Well, you 'banner' statements indicated otherwise. Nobody is going to click on a link that is included to corroborate that. Not to mention the Reuters (!) link had little content of value so not sure where you're coming to any conclusion one way or another.

The casus belli for an Russian invasion of the EU is going to be this:

If the assets are donated to build Ukraine back from the unethical war on Ukraine, Russia would use that excuse as casus belli to do exactly the thing it wants, more war, more excuses, more annexation. Next - EU territory. Moscow would say the reason why EU is being invaded is because EU stole their money. When Russia stole Crimea and waged a 8 year hot and warm war with Ukraine, before deciding to steal more land. Moscow manufactures the excuses, then invades and makes itself appear the "victim" to the dupes and morons.

Russian invasion of EU? They can’t even take half of Ukraine in 1.5 years.

Come on now…Russia has zero ability to go on the offensive into European territories. This isn’t 1940’s or 1960’s. Without tactical nukes, Russia would get steamrolled by NATO. Even Putin himself has said the gap between the two is wide which is why Russia has a tactical nuclear weapons doctrine built in their military assault strategy…to level the playing field.

Stressing on the importance of expnading relations between Iran and Uzbekistan, Imam Khamenei referred to the unparalleled historical, cultural and scientific affinity that exists between the two countries.

During the meeting, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, expressed his satisfaction at the revival of relations between the two countries after a long break. "Unfortunately, for many years the relations between Iran and Uzbekistan were very limited. We hope that this trip and the talks held in Tehran will be the beginning of a better future with regards to the relations between the two countries," he added.


During the meeting, which was also attended by Iranian president, Ebrahim Raisi, Mr. Mirziyoyev described his meeting with Imam Khamenei as historic.
"We too were upset about the interruption that had occurred in the relations between the two countries as well as the reduction in cooperation. We hope that with the talks that were held in Tehran, we will take great steps and cooperation will reach their proper and desired level in the fields of trade, transportation, science and technology and tourism," he said.

Uzbekistan’s president also lauded the Iranian nation for its resistive stance against the sanctions. "The achievements of the Iranian nation, especially in the field of science and technology, which I saw parts of in an exhibition, demonstrate that under the wise guidance of its Leader, a united nation can achieve great goals despite all pressures," he added.

Rouhani should be arrested and charged with treason against his country...This incompetent weak individual did so much damage to Iran in the 8 years that he was in office. I truly believe has was and still is an MI-6 agent hand picked by the British when he was living in England...The only reason they do not put him on trial is because it will discredit the entire IR system that allowed an "Agent" to become president!!!.

Despite this the leadership in Ukraine seems determined to fight until the bitter end to regain all of their lost territory. According to the Russians, they were on the verge of signing a deal with Ukraine which would have reduced Ukraine's military to 85,000 troops & Ukraine would have vowed to remain forever neutral. In exchange Russia would have leased Crimea from Ukraine & given the Donbas back to Ukraine in exchange for more autonomy & language rights in those regions. Ukraine backed out after being pressured by NATO. Now all bets are off & neither side seems willing to compromise.
