I guess it would be a great step, however before that Iran must agree on more co-operation with ECO, it would allow Pakistan to export it's products on a larger scale, plus import products from Iran too, it would lead to Iranian gas and oil being exported to Pakistan and China, saving colossal amount of money from being used on tankers. But I really don't know the views of Iranian members at the forum.
