I have both admiration and sympathy for Iran, its current situation can only be described as being stuck between a rock and a hard place. Kudos to the Iranian people for having the patience and perseverance to endure such difficult times their country is going through, one can only admire them for their persistence to self determination.

It's easy to ignore them but they are the very people with enough means to get best education and lead Iran. I think most probably they will leave for greener pastures in Western countries and this brain drain will damage Iran in the long run.

That said, this is no small group. To give you an example I countered one Irani who was extremely Anti-Islam and told him that I have seen many Iranian women with full hijab in Malaysia which means Islam is not forced upon them and at least some of them choose to observe proper hijab. That man told me its impossible and no Iranian student observes Hijab later on I came to know that those women were from Turkey and Middle east and that man was right. His confidence was quite telling.

Iranian Govt should look into this, its a time bomb and repercussions will be severe since these people can't voice their secular view through democratic channel.

And you make it sound as if the solution to the problem is that simple.

If "working hard for their own demise" includes standing up to the bullying and intimidation of so called "democratic" powers who are hell bent on plundering, looting, and destroying every nation they set their greedy eyes on in the name of "freedom" and "democracy", then what honorable way to meeting ones "demise" going down without making any compromise to the looters, plunderers, and destroyers of nations.

As i said, i have admiration and sympathy for the Iranian nation;

1). Admiration, because when i see the state of the rest of Muslims countries i can only hang my head in shame. My own country of origin, Pakistan, has become a playground for terrorism and its reputation blotted by corruption, crimes, assassinations, target killings, suicide bombings, mass murders, crippling economy, disunity amongst population over sectarian and ethnic differences, civil war, others mock it by calling it a country with the begging bowl.

2). Sympathy, because they are literally surrounded by a sea of powerful enemies from all sides, and now even those who once supported them in the past are slowly showing their true colors, today's world is one in which capital determines loyalty.


As Adolf Hitler once rightfully said in one of his famous speeches, and this portion of his speech is exactly relevant even today:
