I don't think US & Israel would attack Iran's nuclear facilities without thinking about radioactive fallout which can harm the relations of both US & Israel with Afghanistan, Pakistan & India. If they wanted to attack Iran, i think they would have done it years back when the plants were just under construction, just like what Israel did in Operation Opera on Iraq's nuclear facility. Only covert operations or diplomacy can now settle the issue as war is no more an option.

Radioactive fallout + weather conditions (wind mostly), i mean look at the earthquake in Japan last year, it took till about Dec-Jan 2012 before we started noting radiation off Vancouver, but it still made it, shouldn't be too hard for radioactive dust to reach Agartala.

Why does the radioactive fallout only go east? it could also go west to Arab countries, Turkey and even Israel, that's why they are being very careful with this.
