Iran beat Italy a few days ago. It will play Japan tomorrow which it will most probably beat. With a little bit of luck, Iran will place 4th this time around. In the last world cup Iran placed 5th.

Here's the complete match. I'm currently watching the 5th set.

in just one day , iranian sportsman shocked everyone for the second time ! iran beated russia 4-3 to become the champion of the world intercontinental champion !




Iran Crowned as World Beach Football Champion

TEHRAN (FNA)- The Iranian beach football team was crowned as the new champion of the world beach football after beating the Russians in the final match of the Intercontinental Beach Football Cup 2013 in Dubai Saturday evening.
The Iranian beach football team defeated Russia 4-3 in the final match.

Iran had won the hosts, the UAE, 2-1 in the semi-final.

In its first game on Tuesday, Iran beat world champion Russia 5-3 in a penalty shootout after a 2-2 draw in a Group B encounter.

Then, the wonderful Iranians won Brazil again in penalty shootouts. The two teams drew 4-4 in the regulation time, but the Iranians won the match 7-5 in the penalty kicks on Wednesday.

Then it was Italy's turn to be defeated by the Iranians who won the European champion in their third match on Thursday. The two teams drew 7-7 and Iran won the penalty kicks 2-1.

However, in reality, dirty politics has taken over every aspect in our country and due to the filthy politics no sports would come in light and sport persons are suffering. Cricket is the only exception though.
