Iran does not care about other country's relations with others. For example we have relations with states in EU that have strong ties with Israel. Or we have ties with states that again have strong ties with USA.

I hope Iran develop relation with every country in the world. I think the problem is Iranian nuclear program. West should accept Iranian nuclear.

The Ex-Well costs for US/KSA's political rivals clock at ~60-80+ $/BB
So US, by removing domestic oil exports ban is getting double benefit
1-Financial attempt to penetrate European and Asian customers and thus laying a foundation for being one of the biggest oil exporters (Canadian Keystone XL is also a link of this ambition). KSA is the first and the biggest rival.
2-Political benefits, not only by reducing oil revenues of KSA but also inflicting greater hurt on US's political rival
a-Inflicting financial hurt on Iran and Russia to keep them in the bargain for Nuclear program and Crimean crisis.
KSA also knows that no body can match her oil production costs. So even at 40$/BB they can maintain the market share vs US. They won't like to produce below it because they don't have to! US shale producers won't be able to sell below 40$/BB. Perhaps thats why the lowest forecast for Oil prices is around 40$/BB.The result is that to compensate for the drop in prices and hence revenues, the producers like Iraq and Iran have to increase production. However, this strategy is not sustainable and eventually they will go broke. So KSA gains a financially strapped Syria,Iraq and Iran out of this and of course the maintenance of lion's share of Oil market. So for them its not really that bad a bargain.
