We need more soldiers for wars and we need more scientists.

So you need cannon fodder hope you and your children are willing to be those cannon fodder .
We need scientist for that we must prevent brain drain and reform educational system . for that we must control the population growth not increase it .
We need soldier for protecting our country for that we must increase our soldiers survivability for that we need more professional soldiers not morons who smoke while they are supposed to ambush enemy .and give away position from kilometers away .we need better equipment for our soldiers . we need a fully professional army.

We need work force but the solution is not filling the space with hords of untrained personnel ,stop retiring people at the age of 40-45. Instead use the experience they have gained in last 20-25 years.
In short your solution only produce cannon fodders not scientist or soldiers .
