Iran has allegedly paid North Korea US$2 billion over the past three years in exchange for enriched uranium.

Japan's Sankei Shimbun newspaper claimed Thursday that North Korea exported enriched uranium from a nuclear facility in Yongbyon to Tehran, which needed the material for its nuclear program.

North Korea is said to have received hard currency to purchase the necessary equipment and centrifuges to build other nuclear plants.

The newspaper added that an Iranian delegation traveled to Pyongyang once a year since 2008 to handle the financial transactions.

If Iran possess a Nuclear bomb the monopoly of pakistan as the sole nuclear power in the muslim world ends. And Pak will have another nuclear power at it's border. Which is in India's interest [IMO]. But, it can pose a serious threat to Israel and it will be very interesting to see Israel's response ans Israel is known to ferociously defend it's country and also have a history of bombing nuclear sites which no other country could even think of doing!

buddy, our first reactor was finished 2 years ago and it's already online. We have 50+ other nuclear facilities scattered around the country (just the known ones). There is already another reactor that is being finished in Arak and a few others are being planned in the South.

The Jews had their chance but they didn't have the airforce that was capable of travelling to Iran and back. On top of that they needed more than 300 planes (compare that to the 7 sent to Osiraq) and the probabilty of failure was huge. They still don't have any options other than beg the Americans or make propeganda movies against Iran (Iranium for example).

I care because i don't like the notion of nuclear weapons in the hands illogical and irrational administrations. Like the one that currently runs Iran. Get some progressive people in there and stop holding death to Israel/America rallies and i will no longer care.

The issue at hand is this, Israel has nukes and lots of it, Iran doesn't. Iran has been constantly under attack from the West. Iran had a monarchy, a democracy and a dictatorship.
