Iran inks $10bn mining deal with Japan

Good to hear that , to get that growth we need foreign investments asap ... Japan could be a reliable partner ...

Very nice. Iranians look up to Japanese people with their unshakable work ethics, creativity which has led them to be industry-leading in wide variety of sectors, especially high-end technology.
I am looking forward to more trade with Japan than with Euro countries, to be honest.

Beside their technology and unshakable work ethics their ethic code regarding social issues that followed by them is astonishing too ...

There is nothing in Iran that can make anybody jealous. I have always admired Japan and Japanese for their tremendous determination and unbelievable work ethics. Seeing them approaching a country like Iran is just sad as Iran has always been a friend with countries like N. Korea, and Cuba.

Anyway, Iran's stability won't last for long time under the current management style. That would make the Japanese and others classify Iran as "very high risk country for investment", which will result in ceasing any ongoing business/investment relations.

replace the word Iran with KSA in your post and it makes more sense.
Iranians are more open minded and hard working. The current system won't last long because it will change and evolve but for monarchies that are losing control of their economies the situation is very very bad. Even a revolution in Shia areas of KSA may not be far away if the prosperity they enjoyed due to their oil wealth ends

Are you serious Siri Lankan when you are talking about "losing control over their economies"? Where are you coming from?Sweden? am I missing something here?

Could you stop spreading hatred and anger in all the threads ? or you want to make yourself more miserable.

Well, Iran has ALOT of untapped potential. Plus they also have a huge amount of natural resources and a large population/market. All these factors play a big part in attracting western, Japanese, Chinese and even Russian investments.

Looking at Iran's massive oil&gas reserves(among the largest in the world), rare earth metals, and many other natural resources, its even surprising that Iran is still relatively poor and the average Iranian still finds it hard to meet its day by day needs. In fact Iran should be among the wealthiest/most prosperous countries in the world if not for their leaders economic and diplomatic incompetence.

Anyway, hopefully Iranian leaders won't do anything stupid again these coming years, less another round of sanctions/isolation be imposed yet again. They should avoid any form of radical rhetoric/empty talk/provocations(even if it's just for local propaganda purposes), since Obama will soon be leaving office a year from now and his successors won't definitely be as diplomatic/conciliatory as him. So hopefully cool heads will prevail in Tehran for a WIN-WIN situation for everybody. :)

Bro, what you said above is correct. However, when we see Syrians suffering from famine only because Iran's supported militia and dictator want them to suffer, we can't really come up with a positive attitude towards Iran. It is just way too much to endure.

Well, to be honest every power in Syria is there just for their own interests. The only one to blame first and foremost is Assad himself/Syrian government. Anything that happens in a country is the responsibility of that country's president/leaders/government first since they are responsible for their country's security/law and order, institutions and to make sure their country's system functions properly to avoid instability and ensure they create a system where there can be a peaceful continuous transfer of power. Every other thing that comes after all the government has failed is secondary.
We should avoid blaming foreign powers/countries when things go wrong in a given country. NO COUNTRY WILL EVER LOOK AFTER YOUR INTERESTS/PEOPLE'S WELL BEING FOR YOU. Since every country prioritize their interests first(which is normal).

As i always say:Always expect nothing from others and you will never be disappointed.:enjoy:

I makes me wonder why Iran is on a selling spree or something...

Would't be more profitable for Iran to exploit resources on their own?

Also hybrid between two nations that have distinct people I consider superior if best of both nations genetics is merged into one being.

You need technology and resources to extract the natural resources.

I think Iran is on the right path.
