There are some sea food restaurants in cities . I have seen them in Dhaka and Chattogram . We don’t get good quality squids . Send some good big squid , kakra. We love fish .

Buddy the so called stranded Pakistanis have been given Bangladeshi citizenship by SHW Govt . But some elder people didn’t want to take it as they still harbour the dream of going back to Pakistan . But the new generation have moved on and are well integrated into the society .

Between 1873 - 1916, contract labourers from different parts of British India and Nepal (but primarily from what is now Uttar Pradesh and Bihar) went to Surinam to work on the fields there for the Dutch plantation owners. Half of the labourers returned to India after they finished their contract period of 5 years, the other half stayed. The ones that stayed are the Surinamese Hindustanis.
