Iran Claims its producing new Cobra Gunships

We have two programs that deal with the Cobra

1) The upgrading of AH-1J into AH-1T standard with improved radar/avionics/ECM/IR imaging and night vision equipment etc is handled by the Panha company and named Panha 2091.

2) HESA P4 is an unlicensed domestic production of the SeaCobra by HESA

basically it is much better than these previous ones we made which themselves were upgraded cobra.

That doesnt make any sense,First Why would the Iranians instal a Anti-Shipe Cruise missile on an Helo and Second why would you install A cruise missile on a Helo in the first place that is never done before! The 'Recoil' of a Cruise missile would be immense and would probably take down the entire helo.
