Indeed India has suffered a lot by conciliatory policy towards its neighbors. But this thread is about Iran and btw India enjoys excellent relations with Iran ,its India's gateway to Afghanistan.

Isn't Iran annoyed with India dragging her feet on the IPI deal? and this censure case would certainly affect the Iran-India relations.

Who says Iran is dragging feet ? Its in also Iran's interest if IPI succeeds, the latest I heard about IPI was Daily Times - Leading News Resource of Pakistan.

I'm saying aren't the Iranians claiming India is dragging her(India) feet in delaying the IPI deal. As the deal has been proposed for ages. Some even say India is delaying due to the importance of the US-India nuke deal.

Btw what happened to Pakistan proposed IPC deal ?

I've heard about this, Isn't this only a suggestion should the Indians pull out?.

Obviously, But Iran should also try to improve relations with west it will only speed up the deal.

That would be in the Iranians best interest, but I don't see that happening. I don't see the US or the Iranians stepping down.
