I don't understand, what is the Iranian Govt. trying to achieve, by banning Iranians from going to Saudi? Saving foreign exchange? What is this move going to achieve? Anyone............?

Simply put getting ready to reclaim their empire. And if bluntly said they could never coupe with lizard eating Arabs invading and conquering their empire.

I just need to correct all the errors in this post. The sunni version of Islam is mainly influenced by Persian Scholars (Imam Bokhari, Termethi and others). It is by far their version of Islam. Sheism on the other hand is created by the Arabs and no Persian influenced any of its teachings.

I just hate both versions and both bigoted scholars and politicians.

First of all, this news is misinterpreted. The news means Umrah, not the Hajj itself. Hajj itself has not been banned.

Besides, under circumstances, even banning Hajj is allowed in Islam.

If by going to Hajj, your life, property, family or your reputation are endangered, it won't be mandatory anymore unless the situation is safe. Actually, not only Hajj, but any other mandatory action in Islam will be no more in case you your life or belongings are endangered. For example if there is a thief in your house, you can cut the salat and protect your life and property, something that is Haram in Islam otherwise.

No need to preach us, you stick to 'your Islam', we stick to ours. Everyone is responsible for his own actions only. You worry for yourself.

3000 died in Hajj 2015. I admit, that number is still not, in terms of percentage very high, given that out of 2 million pilgrims, that would make it 0.15% chance of dying. That's almost 1 dead per 650 people. Those are bad odds.

But compare it to this, US forces in Afghanistan,
"In 2009 there were 106,380 personnel in the army; 98 died as a result of their posting to Afghanistan. 71 of these deaths were from one part of the army - the infantry."

This will give us a percentage of 0.06%. This means that going to Hajj in 2015 was 2.5 times riskier than being a US infantry in Afghanistan in 2009.

The riskiest job in USA is a fisherman, with "In fact, fishermen have been the most at risk of all professionals since 1992, with 42 deaths in 2011 -- that's more than 127 deaths per 100,000 workers". That still gives us 0.12%, meaning that Hajj is still riskier than the most dangerous job (in USA, at least).

Or look at it this way. The most dangerous sport in the world is BASE Jumping. The probability to die while doing BASE Jumping is 0.04%. Skydiving is only 0.0009%.

In conclusion, going to Hajj is dangerous!

well he was a great mujahed which god aided him in his jihad otherwise how it was possible to attack the caliph in middle of the day with only a dagger and stab him 15 time then when his bodyguard come to protect him he killed 8 and injured 7 of them (and all of those 15 body guard were arab heroes ) then go back to Iran and live your life in peace and nobody can catch you . if its not God aid and protection then what is it.and don't you think anybody who has such favours from God is worthy of of being called a Saint .

Like what circumstances? No one can errect ban on hajj its Farz in Islam. Hajj is not property of a government no offense


Kabah is a sybol of muslim unity not a sign. Dont go so low in you hatred that you cant come back. Haj is a rekigious duty that every able muslim has to perform once in life. Unless you people have decided to switcg kiblah then hajj can onlybe performed in mecca

What is the different being a sign or a symbol ? Show me unity in the Islamic world and then preach me about the importance of it .... Only Umrah has been banned by Iranian gov not Tammatu ... Umrrah is not mandatory in Islam while Tammatu is ... so I can not get your point .. you are worry about Iranian Muslims religious rites and rituals performance or Umah unity?
