Waisay they aren't wrong, government is being run from GHQ.

Except the finance ministry's daily affairs and some riffraff in planning and energy ministry, the rest of the government is at a standstill.

The things of substance and foreign policy are being run by GHQ.

There is no direction in the foreign ministry. You have Bilawal who is trying to make himself present to the world, Hina Khar who is not in the room. These two don't even talk to the PM eye to eye on foreign policy issues. The PM talks to Tariq Fatemi, jis ka fauj say phadda hai. But the GHQ (or rather Bajwa) allowed him to continue behind the scenes as long as he doesn't come out as a public face.

Only because of the 2 world wars, their power decreased considerably. We should have won independence during WW1 when Germany was attacking Britain but still stayed as slaves. The reality is our own people were traitors, sold their soul for money, they controlled the police and army which was Pakistan/Indian/Bangali, as long as they were getting their salary, they were happy.
