Introduce 2 more titles.

How about 2 more titles like TT and Jr. T.T? 1 would be 'sane voice' title who would make sane posts no matter what happens between India and Pakistan, even during the time of wars. Another would be 'lazy member' who register on PDF but make around 1 or 2 posts in a year.
