I will take up your question during General election time.
I expect Modi to finish his mandate/term. Based on how his report card will be, the answer will automatically come to you.

Just as BJP came at the helm, at the expense of Congress with Himalayan scams a la 2G & coal.

Let him finish his 5 years term. With the majority that BJP has on its own, they are not going anywhere.
