I seriously doubt that.
I'm not actually yellow either, it's just how people say it. People don't actually mind because yellow is a color very closely related with Chinese culture, red and yellow are lucky colors for us, and we consider ourselves descendants of the Yellow Emperor and the Flame Emperor.
I've never quite understood why some have stereotyped East Asians as yellow. Am yet to meet someone as heavily jaundiced as to have yellow skin.
To many Indians too, Yellow and Red are auspicious colours. Stems from the usage of Turmeric and it's lime-soaked variant used in religious and social practices. Our State-flag is also derived as homage to this combo.
